Roofing, Plaster Repair
The guy continued to call & say he'd be at my house, then call after I waited all morning & say he'd be here in the afternoon & then showed up without calling. Luckily my brother was at my house. He went out to the guy, gave him $300 & told him to take it or leave it. The original VERBAL quote was $400. He dropped it to $350 the day before, because he sensed I was "not happy". He gave my brother some lip about the $300. Brother said, "You've got nothing in writing, be happy you're getting this & walk away. I'm her brother & I've been hearing about this for 3 mos & now today you were supposed to be here this morning & you show up unannounced this afternoon," etc. That's how it ended. I will NEVER hire them again!
