The guys were on time and had uniforms (easy to identify). They provided me a business cards and introduced themselves. They even wiped their feet before they came in. The professionalism was great by the technicians. After the job was complete they provided me with booties so I could wear my shoes and not get the newly clean carpet dirty. They were here for about 2 hours and worked effeciently. I would highly recommend them.
