This is a good, honest company. My husband is a retired union carpenter, so he is a good judge, and he was very happy with the quality of the work. We didn't require fast work, so I didn't pay much attention to that. But, I don't remember any significant probs in that area.We have been living in the remodeled home for 18 months now, no problems have arisen.
We had alot of large windows & sky lights put in. They are beautiful!
One thing though-if you ask for a something specific-like exactly where you want a door or window- make sure Charlie writes on the plan. We had discussed a door & window placement with him verbally (Charlie, the owner) and he didn't get them quite right. I actually like where he put the window better than what I requested, and the door placement was only about 6 inches off. So it was no problem for us. He did offer to fix these things but we felt it was not worth all that work. (not that he was going to
charged us extra for the correction) So if your dead set on something, keep track of how it's being done & get Charlie to write it down. Anyway-bottom line is we had a pretty large remodel & this was the only problem we had, & it was minor.
Naturally I did alot of research before hiring Accolade, and he has an excellent reputation/history, and well deserved it is too.
