From the moment of contact with Jose I experienced professionalism. He was on time to provide an estimate & his crew was on time for the scheduled tree removal. His crew was efficient & safe in their work. The clean up was phenomenal. I highly recommend this company!

I was initially a little apprehensive about hiring WB Landscape Svcs due to reading some bad reviews. But, the price they quoted for the work I needed done, was so much lower than the other two companies, I decided to give them a shot. The day the work was to be done, they showed up with about 7 or 8 guys, and several trucks with trailers, and a wood chipper. I knew at that point I had hired the right folks. I found Jose and his guys to be very professional and hard working. I did have to call Jose myself, when he was supposed to call me to confirm which day they'd be here, because of inclimate weather. But I chalk that up to the fact he's running a business. Quoting jobs, inspecting finished jobs, and checking on his crews I would imagine. As an Operations Mgr. myself, I get how time constrained you can get. Things slip my mind all the time. I would encourage people to judge for themselves, and not rely solely on the bad reviews to make a judgement. Because, had I listened to the bad reviews, the work I needed done would have cost me thousands more. I am a happy customer, and I will definitely use WB Landscape Svcs in the future, for all of my tree removal and landscaping needs.

Excellent work, fast and efficient, but follow up is lacking. Sales rep/customer service won't reply about issuing a receipt after promising to do so. Was quick enough to ask for payment though. Overall a very satisfying experience and great work. Would recommend to anyone

We paid around &14,000.00 for brick paver patio and stone retaining wall to hold edge of paver in place. After the 1st winter the pavers at retaining wall edge have moved with gaps, this was caused because they didnâ t install the retaining wall stones high enough to support the pavers. I called and spoke with Jose the owner and like a lot of bad contractors he wouldnâ t even come back to inspect the problem and just blew us off. The owner refuse to come look at or fix the problem and there was no customer service or offer to correct the problem caused by their poor and faulty installation of the retaining wall. Iâ ll be suing the owner and his company in court, reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They are excellent contractor they will do their job exactly the way you wanted it, very hard to find a company to take time and do the job right.

I originally hired this company because they are contracted with my home owners association. They cut my grass, ruined it with their machines, and then proceeded to charge me to try to fix it. I decided not to use them the following year and cut my own grass, because of that, they refused to plow my snow. Getting ahold of Jose is near impossible, they guys working for him fly through the subdivision and unless they re plowing your driveway they block all the other driveways. When they do plow the driveway they cause a lot of damage. Very poor service, very quick to send you a contract, and prices keep changing, and when you need them, impossible to get ahold of them. I would rather do the work my self then allow this company on my property again.

Jose came in with the lowest bid. He completed the paver repairs 3 days after I received the bid. The crew was friendly, neat, and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. I will call on Jose for any future repairs.

I realized my wife paid an excessive price, $2,800., for re-seeding, etc. After 2 years, the condition of my lawn had not improved and the netting placed over the seeded areas was causing problems for my lawn cutter. What is more important to me than the inferior job is that the company's rep did not follow through on his word and promises to return my call. This is most irritating when you hope there is a relationship but you cannot ultimately depend upon the integrity of the service company. Thus, my complaint.

Jose came out to our house after we had exchanged a few texts about the paver walkway we wanted quoted. He gave us a pretty close estimate of cost via text, and after coming out to our home, measuring the space, and talking over the design we had in mind, the cost was a little more (we added space), but still very close, which we appreciated. They started work about a week later and the job was complete in about three days of work. Everyone on the job was professional, courteous, and did great work, including cleaning up really well. We’re very happy with the final paver walkway and will definitely be calling WB Maintenance in the future if we do our back patio.

Jose reached out to us within an hour of my request for a quote, on a Saturday, on a holiday weekend. He came out to talk to us and give an estimate the next day, a Sunday. Work began the following week. Jose and his crew were polite, thorough, and hardworking. They ably handled the few unforeseen issues we had, and built us a beautiful patio. We are very pleased with the price we paid, as well as the service we received, and would happily recommend WB Maintenance Inc. to our family and friends (in fact, we already have!).

Jose stayed on top of job returning phone calls doing everything just how he said it would happen. 3-4 workers each day to complete project very courteous. Good price. Would highly recommend them. Today companys make promises and never follow thru.

Our yard needed a good clean up and they were great! They were reliable, on time, communicated well and our yard is beautiful again. We will use them again!

Replaced a rickety wooden retaining wall with boulders, regraded trouble spots in the yard, added drainage, and reseeded the lawn afterward. The owner is great to work with, always available when I had any questions and his knowledge helped me get the look I wanted and at the same time, ensuring the things I wanted fixed were handled, too. Pricing was reasonable and the work was done well.

Installed paver walkways, steps and a regrade/seed for the front yard. Easy to communicate with and were competent in providing exactly what I was looking for. Pricing seemed middle of the road and reasonable and I decided to go with them as they seemed organized and professional and were able to provide other services such as landscaping work. They even agreed to hold off on the reseeding of my lawn until I had my sprinkler system installed. I will be asking them to build me a patio in the back yard when I have the funds.

I feel the rock wall itself is good. But overall it looked unfinished because it wasn't filled in in the front. My driveway was left a mess. I felt the scope of the work wasn't explained in the beginning.
