Professional rug cleaners does an excellent job. Their pricing is no nonsense--not a different price for stains, or fringe, or hand knotted rugs. No 2 for 1 "deals" or promotional prices. For $35 round trip a very professional crew will show up at exactly the scheduled time to pick up or drop off rugs for cleaning. The crew spends time to place the rugs in the right position and center them on the pad. One $35 fee covers all the rugs you need to clean. I had 2 large hand knotted rugs cleaned. The rugs had stains from pets and spills but they came back clean. I am extremely happy with the results.

This was my first time using this company but I thought I would give them a try due to high ratings and close proximity.  The work was completed in a week, the rug looked great, they cut a new pad for me on the spot, and I walked away a happy customer.  I would definitely use them again.

I took my rugs to them. They specialize in oriental rugs. I have also had them pick some up for me. They do excellent repairs. I never had any trouble with permanent stains. They have done fabulous with the repairs.

I use them every year. They are great and very reasonable. They do a perfect job. I've been using them for the past 5 or 6 years. They are very nice and professional. The rugs never feel sticky. There never feels like there is a residue left on the rugs. They are busy so sometimes there is a wait to get them out but it is worth the wait. They are awesome. They are coming again next week.

We delivered our area rug, were given an accurate estimate on the cleaning and length of time to clean. We picked up the rug in the exact time frame and it was superbly cleaned. Well worth the easy drive to Pontiac.
