Amy & Co. did a fantastic job.  Are one of very few that can even line a 3" pipe.  Did NOT want to bust up basement floor.  Pricing was cheaper than tearing up floor and re-tiling.  Would highly recommend to anyone.  C Wudcoski GPS

Went very well. Staff was very nice, on time and very clean.

The job took longer than expected due to extreme cold weather which effected cure time of the liner.  NuPipe finished the job on New Years day.  I was very impressed with their service.

NuPipe is a woman-owned business, which we try to support. The representative that came to the house was prompt and courteous.  He didn't try to sell us anything we did not need.  We will call them anytime we have a plumbing problem in the future.  We recommend NuPipe wholeheartedly.

Our home has "orangeberg" sewer pipe that has been a worry. Historically, this pipe deteriorates, collapses and must be replaced or repaired. An obsolete product it dates to the post world warII era.  It will eventually fail.  We had our sewer video inspected and that analysis demonstrated 1) we hand orangeberg pipe & 2) one section had failed.   NuPipe provided us with a logical, repair action plan at a fair price and could schedule to work to be done soon.  The tradesman who evaluated the project impressed us with his analysis and attention to detail.  NuPipe office staff as been outstanding.  Smart, helpful and very reassuring.  All our questions got answered right away and in our case that meant fielding questions from 5 different folks.  
 NuPipe arrived on time as promised and got the job done. Our property has extensive custom landscaping and it was very important to us to avoid trenching the yard to dig up pipe.  NuPipe thought they could excavate the break and line the old pipe to limit further collapse. Thy started on Monday and the inspection was complete on Thursday.  Now we couldn't use the sewer for a day, which is really kinda a long time....ideally the line would be out of service for about a half day.  The crew on site and in the office has been very thoughtful and cooperative. 
My  frustration is that finding NuPipe was NOT through Angie's list.  Searching for who does this kind of work was very challenging.
As an average home owner I got lost in sink repair and goggled drain specialist. Never thought to search under "excavating".  My son in law located NuPipe somehow.  I was searching AnnArbor plumbers and NuPipe is headquartered in Pontiac so they never surfaced in my searching.  
I definitely recommend  NuPipe and hopefully will never need 'em again.

Dave and his crew were great, they relined our 40 year old sewer line. They cleaned the roots mechanically with an auger, washing them down with running water on all the sinks. While they had the hole in the basement to access the line, I asked about roughing for a bathroom before filling in the hole, and they did it at the same time. They ran a camera afterward to show us the new line.

I have worked with this company before when they relined my sewer lines back in ~2012 so I knew what to expect.

The owner David Marsh is nice, fair and honest. Since this particular project was not an emergency the job was scheduled out a couple weeks. Also, during the project he received other emergencies and as a customer I was patient and understanding that they couldn't show up one day when a sewer line exploded.

The workers were respectful and professional and left the job site clean.

It took about 2 weeks to complete the project from beginning to end but so far no leaks :)

I enjoyed meeting you yesterday at the property on Wayburn, in Grosse Pointe Park, built in 1921, where you 're-lined' the sewer with CIPP!; and then showed me the difference as you ran the 'tv line' through the new sewer line. Amazing difference! I would heartily and highly recommend your company and your work to anyone in Grosse Pointe Park in need of your service. You lived up to your word, and I enjoyed talking to you and your fine workers. To use an 82nd Airborne phrase 'You did an OUTSTANDING job' and I am happy! Good work Dave, and say Hi to the Guys!

No one wants to deal with a flooded basement of sewage.  But, if you find yourself with this problem, NuPipe is the company to solve it.  From David and Amy Marsh to Roberto and the whole crew, the entire company is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.  They took a large job with many unknowns and clearly communicated with me from the beginning to the end.  Most importantly, they take pride in their work.  They didn't consider the job complete until every detail was perfect.  I really appreciate their work ethic, their responsiveness, and their enjoyable personalities.  It was truly a pleasure to work with them!

Nu Pipe was one of the best companies we have worked with for any type of service ever.  We have lived at our home for 20+ years, and have had services performed through the years for a lot of normal home repairs.  But Nu Pipe was the best.  They replaced our existing whole house trap with a standard access point, having to break up the cement in the basement to remove the existing trap and put in the new pipes.  They removed the exhaust pipe that was attached to the whole house trap.  They also replaced the toilet with a new toilet.  The owner of the company, Dave, came out to give us a quote, and while at the house, Dave noticed that the drain pipe from the upstairs bathroom had some cracks in it.  He offered to replace this pipe free of charge as part of the overall work.
The Nu Pipe crewed showed up on day one, and were extremely kind and polite, treating everyone in the house with respect - from my five year old to my father-in-law.  They worked hard and fast, and kept things as clean as possible.  They kept my wife appraised on what they were doing, explaining to her each action they were doing.  They showed everyone the video inspection of the sewer line, encouraging everyone to take a look at how clean they got it prior to putting in the Cipp liner.  They then showed everyone how the liner looked after installation.
Everything they did made us sure that we had made the absolute best decision going with Nu Pipe and would recommend them to anyone with sewer line issues.

The point of contact for this company is Amy. She couldn't be more pleasant! When the gentleman came out to give us an estimate he was very knowledgeable and understanding of our situation. It took some time for us to be able to get the job done, but when we were ready, Nu Pipe made everything a breeze! They even came out and snaked the line for us when we had an additional backup waiting for the job to get done. Once you contract them, they take care of you! Overall a great experience despite a slight set back with some bad parts. I would refer them to anyone I know who is having the same nightmare issue we have had with roots in our main line. The job was completed beautifully. They also support the military, which is a big thumbs up for us! :)

Nu-Pipe went above and beyond the call of duty. Two days before the closing date on my mother's house, the basement drain backed up.  I had to postpone the closing on her house to do the repairs and have everything done before a planned vacation in Vancouver in just over a week.  I had a plumber come out and they were unable to clear the tree roots from the sewer line.  They wanted me to remove the huge maple tree out front and then they were planning to dig up the old pipe and replace it.  I would have had to repair the landscape and cement work before the closing date.  Nu-Pipe was able to do a trenchless repair without removing the tree or disrupting the landscape.  All of the work was done from the basement.  The new owner was happy that we were able to save the tree.  Amy and David Marsh, Nu-Pipe's owners, were aware that I had to complete the closing on her house within a week and they worked very hard to beat the deadline.  David even spent the night at the house to ensure that the the PVC lining in the pipe cured correctly without collapsing.  They finished on the morning of the closing date.  They were compassionate to our predicament and truly did a wonderful job!  They were friendly, punctual, clean, efficient and knowledgeable about the problem and how to correct it.  I will definitely use them again and have referred them to all of my friends.

In one word, my experience with Nu Pipe was "outstanding".  From my first introduction to David, to dealing with Amy in their office,  to the Nu Pipe crew, Josh, Rob and Keith, completing the project, this company is nothing but professional, courteous and efficient.  I appreciate being told what to expect ahead of time and a company showing up when they say they will.  David set the expectations on how the job would go at the beginning and even called me the first day the job was to begin to tell me the crew would be a little later than promised.  From my experience, this normally does not happen.  They took the time to cover the furniture in my basement and cleaned up after the job was done.  Having a sewer back up problem was very stressful to deal with but my wife and I are fortunate that we were able to find an honest company like Nu Pipe to give us the peace of mind that having another back up problem is highly unlikely.  Thanks to David and his great crew for a job well done !

It went well very well.  Nu Pipe inspected the pipe, showed the blockage via live camera and then removed tree roots from our sewer line.  They cleaned up most of  the 'spatter' from the machine in the working area (not all of it though) and were very courteous and informative!
