Installing our door was a very complicated process. We had to coordinate their work with cement contractors and they were fantastic. They were easy to work with, on time and at the budgeted price. The door looks even better than we expected.

We called Clarkston Window & Door, along with several other companies to get quotes, and were most pleased with Clarkston Windows. We were so impressed at the very first appointment we had, Tim St Dennis was very informative, he took his time to explain our options (pros & cons), made suggestions, invited us to the showroom and encouraged us to take our time to decide the options for each window and door. No sales pressure at all. The installation crew, Steve and his team (Gene, Dylan, Austin & Chase) were very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Clarkston Window & Door. Great quality, beautiful windows, reasonable price, positive experience and wonderful people.

Quick response to my message about a quote and scheduling an appointment. Minor issue with the right parts but the follow up was just a little while later. I would strongly recommend this place for all your needs both new and repair service.

Twice they arrived before they were supposed to. I just happened to drive past them as they were leaving and catch them. But they did a good job with the repair.

Bill was out the same day I called requesting a quote. His price was so reasonable that I had to ask if this was the total quote for BOTH garage doors as others were charging so much more. Installers were personable and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the final product. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY

From estimate to completion, Clarkston Window & Door were fabulous! Bill came out on a Friday & looked the job over and told me that in addition to installing the garage door, my garage needed some structural work as well (which I already knew). Said he would have the quote to me by 6:30 am Monday morning. True to his word, that is when I got the quote. I called him to say let's do it. Over the phone he took the credit card info for the deposit on the job and said in a couple of hours he would call me with when the installation would happen. Again, within a couple of hours he called and said how about Friday for the install. Wow! Talk about fast! Juan & Jason showed up on Friday and EXCEEDED all of my expectations on the work. It looks FANTASTIC! The garage structutral reinforcements are spot on. The new garage door looks beautiful & works like a charm. They left the garage cleaner then when they arrived. Due to my handicap I asked them to do a couple of minor things on a ladder that I can no longer do. They were happy to do so. The entire experience with Clarkston Window & Door is how you want a project to be handled. A fair price, solid workmanship & very friendly people. If I need any kind of work done, I will call them first. You should to, you will be glad you did.
