They did a very good job. The only problem I got is the fact that it did take longer.

Everything at Autometric is top notch. I have used them before for collision work and they are the best. Their work is flawless and done on time. They work with the insurance company to get the best parts and everything done just right. I brought in a Mercedes with a smashed in front end and got it back perfect, just like when it was brand new.

My service person was efficient and called on Friday when the part was delivered but I delayed delivery of the car until Monday when the dent repair person was to be available. I dropped off the car on Monday and was promised that the work would be completed that day. By midafternoon I received a call that the work was completed and the car was ready for pick up. They fixed and buffed the dent so that it was not obvious and cleaned the rest of the car inside and out. All employees were courteous and knew my car and what work was to be done. Sometimes it is necessary to repeat information to each person answering the phone...not here. This is not the first time I have had repair done here and my previous experience was equally positive. There are several Autometric locations. This one was specifically recommended by my car dealer.

While the car was in the shop for a significant period of time, it looked and ran great when returned. I was grateful that my insurance covered it as it was expensive, but they did a great job.

Autometric Collision understands high end vehicles and does a superlative job of touching up scratches and detailing inside and out. We've used their services many times and have always been happy with the results. I think their prices are fine for the high quality of their work.
