ACT LIVE TRAPPING

This is a great company committed to excellent service. The man responding, Bob, entered my attic and carefully explored it and the exterior for holes, filling several and presenting a plan for future work and live trapping if needed. I am confident he resolved the issue.

They were excellent. Good company to work with. Visits every now and then to check the trap.

He exterminated them all with poisonous worms where they started digging.  He then raked all of the mole hills down.  If a second visit was necessary he would have charged $60 and the third visit would have been free.  He also laid some poison to kill a possible mice invasion under my shed.  He said I may have had nests of them.

Wow - totally impressed.   I've had a raccoon problem in my fireplace for about 6 months.  I only now decided to do something about it after a few recent sightings of the mama raccoon on my roof, and my dog desperately scratching at the fireplace door night after night.
ACT came out the same day I called, and was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the entire job.  As no live raccoons were found, he only charged me to put the caps on my fireplace, despite the initial quote being slightly higher.  All in all it took about an hour.  
If I have another issue like this in the future I will definitely call ACT first!    Thanks again for the great service!

I had  a skunk problem, he set out traps but never caught it, I had six months after the traps caught nothing to call back if I saw it again in my area but it never appeared between that time.

turned out it was just a cat and it ran out eventually.  It was not a feral cat, and went back to a neighbor's home.

I'd been hearing little scratching sounds in the attic at night once the weather started to get cool.  I was out of town on business, and my wife called to tell me it sounded like something sawing and rolling around in the attic.  The next morning I called Bill at ACT, told him about the sounds and he suspected mice playing with a nut.  He'd been out a few years earlier when a squirrel had gotten in.  That was a big hole, and he closed it up.  This time I called him on Saturday morning and left a message. He called back promptly and said he be out around lunch.  He came, went up into the attic, found evidence of mice, applied poison, and that was that...no more sounds.  He mailed an invoice, and that was it.  $100 on a Saturday seems pretty reasonable for me.

I have used Bill's company, ACT Live Trapping many times over the past 10 years. He is polite, knowledgeable and very honest. The services he has provided included mouse poisoning in our attic, as well as sealing up open areas for mice access on the outside of our home. His price is very fair (when he does charge.)
