Roof Advisor did a super job on my roof. Chris Erwin carefully inspected the roof and attic ventilation and answered all my questions. The roofers promptly did the work agreed upon and the roof looks great. Support team was also excellent.

Work was done on time in a very professional manner.

Took nearly 6 weeks from initial contact to job being complete. The timeline would have been fine if that was what I was told from the outset, but I was strung along for the final 4 weeks, being told it would be soon. When job was finally completed, there was a ton of debris left on my yard and a blue stain on my driveway from materials, which still has not gone away. I was under the impression that I would be paying in two installments. The company never collected the first before the job was started, so I asked if I would be able to pay half upon completion and half in a couple weeks once I went through another pay period. The agent at my home said that would work, but called me the next day to say that would not be the case and I owed 100% of the full roof repair cost that day. It was a major strain on my finances. Overall lack of transparency and lack of knowledge by their employees of how their business operates made this an extremely frustrating and financially painful experience.

customer service was great. had them move install date up a day to have work done before a snow storm. was in and out in 8 hrs house and garage with strip off on both. cleaned up my yard and no damage to siding or windows. very good crew. final price came in under quote too.

The company gets an A+ for communication, scheduling and pre-job inspection. We contracted Roof Advisor to correct a water-damming issue at the furnace chimney and to install a roof vent for an existing bathroom fan. Initially we had some concerns about the workmanship and raised these with Roof Advisor. Roof Advisor agreed to come out and promptly corrected the work to our satisfaction without additional charge.

They came out and inspected the roof exactly when they said, and the inspection was complete and thorough. They provided an estimate with photos of damaged areas. The office staff was helpful and courteous in scheduling the repair. It took a while to get the repair guy out, but once he came, I can see why. He was thorough and careful. They were the most expensive of the three estimates, but they were also the most thorough. I think it was money well spent.

Very professional. Confirmed and kept all appointments. Fixed leak at very reasonable cost. Other companies tried to sell a whole new roof even though the existing roof is in good shape.

The young man who replaced the shingles was very pleasant. It was a small job in comparison to most of theirs I'm sure. He was delayed at first so he made a point of coming out on the weekend to get the job done.

My skylights have been leaking on and of for several years. They didn't try to sell me a new roof they simply fixed it.

I have had roof problems since my house was built 12yrs ago. I have had multiple contractor's come out to repair.. only to have it leak again next time it rains.. paid hundreds of dollars..Paul from this company. Showed up right on time.. very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed a problem that no one else has.. he completed the work for a GREAT price.. will hire again.. hopefully I won't need to tho..
