Dan came to the rescue (second time in less than one month). This (Kohler) fixture is pretty old and all brass so he took it apart, replace an o ring, greased everything and put it back to together. Thanks again Dan!

My plumber Brad was both efficient and knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly and even helped me out by completing another task I was working on fixing. I had one other local company quote the job and Cummings was less that half the cost! Highly recommended.

Daniel did a wonderful job coming out and fixing our toilet today. We called hoping we could get someone out same day and we were able to do that. Dan did a great job installing our new hot water tank and removing the old one. His assistant, Justin, was a great help also. When we called to schedule the service the person on the phone was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about plumbing. Daniel came to the house and fixed everything - he was kind, professional, thorough and honest. Old pipes, not the easiest to repair, one of us ran some water while he was working - oops - no problem, Dan was calm and friendly - price was fair. Thank you - we'll definitely call Cumming Plumbing again if we need any plumbing work.

In one sense, it went badly. The shutoff valve was frozen and needed to be replaced, and then the house shutoff broke, and the valve behind the meter did not work. None of this was Justin's fault, of course, it was just old plumbing and bad luck, but he had to deal with it. He called his boss Dave, who called in the water department to shut off the water in my yard. Unfortunately, that valve broke too, so the water department had to dig a hole to the water supply line and replace the valve. By this time, it was pretty late at night. The water department got the water shut off, Justin finished replacing all the shutoff valves while they repaired my lawn, the water was turned back on, and everyone went home at 11:30pm. That was the bad part. The good part was that Justin, who was assigned to my job after an already long day, was terrific. He ended up being here for an additional 6 hours but was pleasant the entire time and never grumbled. He was not only a nice guy who patiently explained everything and kept cool as he faced a number of setbacks, but the quality of his work was outstanding as well. In addition to the water heater he replaced four valves and the vent ductwork and the entire installation looks very clean and professional. Once the water department got involved, Dave, the owner of the company, also showed up to assist and stayed until the end, which was 11:30 on a Friday night. For all the additional work, the job only cost about $230 more than the original estimate of $1100, which I thought was very fair. These guys are clearly dedicated to their craft and to providing excellent customer service. I can't recommend them highly enough and i won't hesitate to use them in the future.

Justin arrived right on time, which is really great considering most plumbers/cable guys/etc are always late. He had called me earlier to let me know when he'd arrive and during the call asked me for a bit of detail about my issue. When he arrived he was prepared and got right to work. He only took about 10 minutes to complete the job and our toilet was back in perfect working order. Now it is 5 days later and it is still perfect. I will be using Cumming Plumbing for everything now.

Did a great job! The company said they would be here between 1 and 3. Justin called at 1 pm and was here at 1:15! He explained everything he did. Justin made sure there wasn't any leaks before he left. Very nice guy and would recommend him and the company! I know I will use them again if and when I need to! Don't forget to print their coupon on their website.

Justin, the young man who handled my call was very prompt in coming to my aid. He called first and said he would be here in 20 minutes. Came exactly 20 minutes later. He knew how to fix the problem, and swapped out the pump and cleaned up after himself all in about 30 minutes. I would definitely call Cumming again if I have further plumbing problems. And I would ask to have Justin do the work.

I was able to schedule my appointment within a couple days of my call, and Nancy was very friendly and accommodating when I had to change my appointment date. She was able to schedule me right back in at my desired date and time. Daniel called prior to arriving and was busy the entire time. He quickly and efficiently moved from one item to the next, and was very patient with my two dogs who were underfoot on a few occasions. He completely fixed all of my issues, and was very polite, and left no mess behind. I wouldn't hesitate to use Cumming Plumbing again, and would highly recommend them.
