THE BLINDS CAME TO OUR HOUSE WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS OF THE ORDER. ONE OF THE BLINDS WAS BENT IN THE MOUNTING AREA (WOOD). I CALLED AND THEY REMADE AND SHIPPED THEM OUT. I DIDN'T HAVE TO RETURN THE DAMAGED ONES. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT I HAD TO TAKE A 1/4' OFF THE MEASURED SIZE FOR THE ROOM DARKENING BLINDS BUT WHEN I PUT THEM UP, THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN OKAY TO BE MEASURED FOR THE ACTUAL SIZE.
