They're somewhat higher priced but that's where we bought our cars and we take them back to the same people so if there's an issue they can take care of it. I always feel confident taking our vehicles there. They're expensive but they seem to do the work well. We've not had any problems having to take things back or anything like that. Hard to get in spur of the moment. You can walk in but it'll be a wait.

It was great! The guys at the shop were really great! I told them about my situation and they were so understanding and really quick to get my problem solved. I was involved in a domestic violence issue and my ex-boyfriend stole the spare key fab to my car. He then drove off in my car in the middle of the night and I had to hunt my car down to retrieve it. The guys at this shop were awesome. They reprogrammed my car's computer and my remaining key fab so that the one that he had taken from me would not work anymore. After telling them my situation, the manager told me that he would just do it for me for free. He said that he felt that I had had a rough enough time of it. So, not only did they make it so that my car would not get stolen by my jerk ex-boyfriend, but they didn't charge me a cent to do it! It was great! I really appreciate the help! I could not have asked for better service!

Other Jeep dealerships pull similar "bait and switch" price games. It just doesn't seem ethical. Is it legal to do that? Probably, but I don't know. It sucks, I know that.
