Very freindly and accomodating staff. They're always willing to move things that we have left out and go above and beyond to take care of our property. Communication does not seem to be a strong suit in regards to us not knowing when they'll be out to take care of things (otherwise we'd have the lawn picked up for them). The last time they came, the lawn did look pretty bad as it had been raining for two days and they went ahead and mowed leaving big muddy tracks in our yard. For the most part, though, we have been very happy with their services and look forward to having them service our lawn for years to come. We feel that maybe they have some crews that may be a bit better than others. All and all, we love having them as our lawn service company.

See notes under TPM Group Inc. Can only add that the sod they laid down is not covered with bald spots and brown areas. Very ugly.

They have taken almost two months to do work that should have taken three weeks. They began to tear out the existing landscaping by removing bushes with a bobcat. They pulled out one big one that was near the sidewalk and then piled it in the surrounding woods. Then, upon going to get the next one farther from the sidewalk, they got stuck in the first hole. That wasted half a day.
During their "work", they cut sprinkler lines, left roots in the ground and sticking out, left dirt and mud on sidewalks and in parking lots, and generally created a mess. They would go thru the whole property and tear things up, rather than finishing one area at a time. They rarely swept up or cleaned up after themselves. They would start various jobs and leave them to go do something else. Their workers were lackadaisical and lazy. There were no hard workers in the lot. They often had cell phones they'd check while working.
They left divots and tracks in the lawns and parking lots with their bobcat. The edging they provided was improperly installed because they failed to stake it as they went, and that created crooked lines. They left wooden pallets setting in the parking lots after install the sod. The grass had large dead areas within a couple days, and the cheap plants they supplied began to die. A lot of this can be attributed to their lack of proper soil preparation before hand.
They also left too much dirt under the sod and it could be seen to seep out onto the sidewalk when it rained.
The long, long list of issues goes on and one.
I noticed too that they exhibited poor judgment in the whole process. Simple and obvious workmanship methods were missed or unrecognized by them. I state these things because I have worked in the landscaping business myself.
The job they did, and which they are still doing, is absolutely terrible and horrendous. They should never be hired. This is what one gets when price is all that matters.

They did an excellent job. They were very courteous and they cleaned everything all up when they left. I'd certainly recommend them.

,Tim and his crew did a great job on the finishing of our deck. Working in three days of extremely hot conditions, and full work days, the job was completed thoroughly. Upon final walk through, the crew was detailed and exact in completing the job to my satisfaction. Nice job Tim!

I needed to give our insurance adjuster the final invoice, so Tim kept track of two seperate invoices for me. One was for the insurance and the other one was for the other stuff (my honey-do list) that he did for us!! I don't have the grand total for that yet because he is still doing things for us. I think I add something to the list every day!! I know that he appreciates our business!! We could not have found a better "all around handy man" other than Tim and his crew of Andy and Rick! They ALWAYS cleaned up their mess and were always so incredibly polite! I feel safe having them in my home. I would leave the door open for them if I was going to be away from home and I even felt safe enough that I was able to just go to my room, shut the door and let them do their work. They answered EVERY single question we could come up with. My husband was very impressed with them also! I know one thing for sure, We WILL HAVE A LIFE LONG RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM!! Whenever we need something fixed, replaced, painted, installed or remodeled, we know who we will be calling....Total Property Management! Their pricing is fair and to me, it seems a little low to what I think I should be paying for al of the little things he has been doing for us! I hope you enjoy them as much as we have! Blessings!
