 + -1 moreJoe was extremely professional and even showed us a price sheet before working so we would know the cost upfront. The price was pretty high but I realize that is dictated by Roto-Rooter, not the individual technician. He was there wirhin 90 minutes of our call and arrived within the timeframe given. He got right to work and had our problem fixed very quickly. He told us what we could do in the future to maintain our pipes and even gave us a free bottle of eco-friendly drain cleaner (with instructions). While having our basement flood was certainly unpleasant, the Roto-Rooter technician was great.
Description of Work: He unclogged the main drain that qas over flowing into my basement.
