4 days straight, the whole crew blew up my bathroom in a tiny 2 bedroom 1 Bath house. 2 of them did a number 2 for 20 minutes each day.. There's nowhere in this tiny home I can avoid sounds and smells of their morning routines. Come on fellas, Please. Brian, have them go before they arrive at clients tiny house. About the work. It was a government job. Free When it was over ( insulation Job ) I have holes big enough for Rats, Mice, Spiders, Bee's, wild-f'in-life. F me. Anything can come in. I hate all those things. Thats why I live In Michigan. I've lived in this house 7 years and never seen an ant. Thanks Brian Treanor. Im a senior citizen, 4 open heart surgeries, 2 years of chemo and radiation and counting, and a stroke paralyzing my right side. Now Im in a worse place then when I met these people. I wish I'd hurry up and die!

They were prompt, They did a good job and finished on time like they said they would and they were very friendly. Great crew!!! Would recommend them without hesitation.

Did everything they said they would

After getting estimates from several companies for insulation, I ended up going with T&T. To get my quote, T&T were the only ones that physically went up into my attic to give it a proper visual inspection; the others got their bodies up into it and took pictures around. T&T also used an infrared visualizing gun to locate problem spots in the ceiling. The job itself was done quickly and professionally, the technicians were very friendly, and when they left you couldn't tell they were ever there. I got the attic insulated and also air sealed. T&T found issues with airflow in my attic that the other companies only half discovered, and remedied them. The difference is astounding and immediately noticeable. The price I paid for T&T to insulate and air seal my attic was still lower than the other companies' quotes for just insulation. I can't recommend T&T Builders, LLC. highly enough, thank you very much.

Did a great job and completed in one day. Kept us informed during the process. Employees were very polite and quiet. Protected our home with tarps then cleaned up when done. They managed to insulate sections of our attic that we thought were not accessible. Recommend!!!!

Honest and accurate pricing. Did a thorough inspection and explained what was possible and reasonable to do. Had a difficult overhang that needed to be taken apart to insulate and prevent frozen pipes. Couldnâ t really estimate it, was more of a guess until they opened it up. His guess was accurate and no hidden costs. Reassembled perfectly, wouldnâ t know they had it open for a few hours. Cleaned up at the end of the day. Would absolutely hire again and refer to anyone I know..

They were great. Explained everything to me. Showed me when they were done air sealing my attic before they blew the insulation. I would recommend them.

I needed some insulation added to my home. I contacted 3 providers in the Ann Arbor area. Of the three, one stood out. Brian, from T&T Builders, came to my home and spent almost an hour with me going over what needed to be done and options that I had. The other two spent no more than 12 minutes in my house and never talked to me about options. The T&T Builders quote turned out to be the highest bid but Brian followed up immediately. After submitting bids, neither of the other two providers bothered to follow up with me. I chose T&T Builders because I suspected that the quality of the work and attention to detail was going to be better based on the bidding process. I was not disappointed. The team that showed up to do the work was outstanding. They completed the entire job and cleanup in the time allotted. They went over what they did with time and the work was superb. We appreciated the attitude (cordial, respectful, up-beat) that the guys had; cleaned up after themselves, which is also good. Sound insulation in the bedroom was thorough, spackling job on the holes afterward was excellent. Insulation successful in stopping noise from neighbors--yay! Only disappointment was that the work done in the basement didn't stop the marijuana smoke:( I explained to the guys our theory that smoke coming along main beam through building, but didn't stay to make sure they reinforced the foam in that area. Mostly I think they were focused on the areas in between the beams, which they did a good job on, but was not the main thing we wanted done. Supervision lacking re: that we wanted the foam right next to the beam. The basement area was done at no additional charge, though, which we really appreciated.

They were really courteous and professional and they had really quiet equipment (which helps if your 2 year old is sleeping in a bit 🙂). They got right to work as soon as they got to my home and they even did cleanup! I would HIGHLY recommend these guys 😁

This is a family business and all staff related or not care about the customer. They explain the process and what to expect. I was updated on progress throughout the job. I'm very pleased with their compassion for people and their work. Quality all the way!
