Bill came out to my home and gave an estimate. He came back a second time to review the replacement of skylights and he was here for the removal and installation of decking and skylights. Very professional and helpful.
Workers showed up and started to remove shingles. Completed everything is 2 days and made sure everything was picked up and placed in the dumpster. Hard working crew in the heat. Protected the plant material and removed all debris.

Their bid was about $2500 less than two other bidders. One of the others was a local firm and the other was a storm chaser, capitalizing on the hail damage found in our neighborhood. This was for the same brand and type of shingles quoted by the others. Armstrong arrived when they said the would, completed the work on time, and cleaned up completely.

Finally, $550 was the original bid compared to that of another provider which was $1400. However, due to the devastation wrought by the carpenter ants, and since the project was completed only today so I don't yet have the adjusted total, I suspect that the final cost of service will exceed the original quote of $550.
