Dennis was very easy to work with. Used emails and video pictures to address the problem and came up with an estimate within 24 hours...... This included possible additional costs/work needed to complete project to my specifications. Crew that came out were very conscientious of my concerns and kept communication open to address all work. Great job!!!

We recently sold our rental home and during the private home inspection mold was discovered in the attic. We hired Dennis from US Restoration to remediate the mold and to preform some additional work to eliminate the possibility of this happening in the future. Dennis was professional and courteous. He completed the job in the time frame given and responded to all of my calls and emails promptly. In a business climate that seldom bothers to even follow up on a request for service Dennis was like a breath of fresh air! He was not only prompt in his initial response but he also completed the job within the time frame he committed to. Prior to the job he provided an itemized estimate along with visual aids to explain the scope of the work needed. And once the job was completed he provided a clearance letter, lab reports and photos of the work that he had performed so I could forward proof to the new Buyer that the work had been performed as required. Based on my experience with Dennis I would definitely recommend US Restoration to others.

Hired US Restoration to correct a mold issue discovered during a contractors inspection. They gave a very professional quote with diagrams l square footage. Completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them .

Attic mold mitigation was required as a result of a house sale inspection. Dennis visited the site and was very thorough in his estimate providing a detailed Scope of Work; materials required; area footage totals as well as diagrams of the roof area and current ventilation or lack thereof. He was prompt to visit the job site; provide an estimate and arrange for the the work to be done. Importantly, too, he was easy to work with and evaluated your suggestions relative to how much had to be done and the final cost. As a result, of 4 other contractors who I had bid the job, Dennis was the most compeitive. His work crew was on time and was also open to communicate and easy with which to work.

I hired US Restoration in Livonia, MI. They were professional, listened to our concerns, and offered solutions while taking into account our budget. I ended up hiring them for more restoration work beyond the mold removal because I enjoyed working with them, liked their attitudes, and liked the work they did. Awesome experience!

The company and their employees were polite and professional. The project manager, who was the initial inspector, was very impressive with his expertise. He searched the house thoroughly and made me aware of an issue that I had not been aware of when I made my call for service. The services that I needed were promptly scheduled and I had communication with the project manager who kept me informed of what was going on. I would highly recommend this company.
