Nicole was very fast, attention to detail, prompt, and very pleasant to deal with.

Nicole did a great job. It was an old home and she cleaned the bathroom and the refrigerator looked liked new. And even cleaned away the cobwebs from the basement. I would definitely use Nicole again for any cleaning job I need. She was personable on the phone and we literally called her a day before and she was able to come out the next day. Thanks Nicole.

It went great on all three occasions! I would recommend Nicole to anyone. The first house we were getting ready to be sold. It was empty and it need a top to bottom cleaning. She did everything, from washing walls, to dusting, to pulling out appliances and getting behind them and the cabinets as well. Looked great! The second and third time I had her come out to clean my house in Conklin. She was on time and worked the entire time. Everything looked great. She did the kitchen, 3 1/2 baths, floors and dusting on three levels of our house. Awesome job! Thank you I really appreciate your great work!

Very detailed, house was spotless after she was finished. We will be using her a lot more for our house cleaning needs at our cottage and our home.

We found her on Angie's List. Her name is Nicole and she was here yesterday. I broke my elbow last week and I also had a torn meniscus in my knee, so I cannot do anything. So, we talked to her last week and she was booked really solid, and she was actually going to try to come. She is very accommodating and that is what I liked. She said she would come even in the evening. She lives a healthy distance, probably 25 miles or so. She called us yesterday morning at 8 o' clock and said she had a cancellation and she could come right now. She was her at 10 o' clock and she said I will be able to do it three hours, and it took her exactly three hours. She did an amazing job. She just sounds very shy on the phone but she is an absolute sweetheart. She is the nicest girl and she just was a delight, and she did an amazing job. In my mind $20 an hour is extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of work that she did. Everything was spot on. We talked about what I wanted, and what to do. I just sat in bed and she did everything. She was extremely pleasant and very professional and just a sweetheart. She was a lifesaver. We have already set up appointments.

Nicole responded to all my inquiries within 24 hours. She was very thorough and flexible in setting up the appointment. I estimated that the job would take 4 hours, but told her I was more interested in detailed work than sticking within the timeframe. I had wood floors that needed to be treated, a basement that needed to be cleaned, and walls throughout the house that needed to be washed. I was concerned that the walls were so damaged, a new coat of paint would be required, but Nicole managed to clean them all to a nearly new shine, saving me a great deal of time and money.
When she neared the four hour mark, she contacted me and confirmed that I would like her to continue beyond the four hours. It was well worth it. The house was cleaned extremely thoroughly. She is extremely reliable, conscientious and was cheaper than other services I have used. Highly recommended!

These women can be as detailed as you desire and they always come well prepared with the appropriate cleaning supplies. I have used them several times now and have always been pleased with the results, their attitudes, and their professionalism. If they missed something which had not be specified, they are eager to come back and take care of it. I have now contracted with them to do laundry areas and shared entryways on a regular basis and will continue to use them to clean apartments and my home.
