Description of Work: Cleaned my one story 3 bedroom home. I closed on the house that morning, they cleaned that afternoon. It was so nice to move into a clean house. They did a great job, even got out stains in one room that I wasn't sure would come out. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreWe hired Ericksen Cleaning to clean the carpets in the 3,000 sq ft house we had just purchased before we moved in. Our realtor had recommended them, saying that she works with them a lot and that they do a great job. She wasn't kidding! They did an excellent job!! The carpets seemed fairly clean before we had Ericksen Cleaning come out, but we wanted to have them done anyways because the former residents had a baby and a dog so we assumed that there might be some spills and messes embedded in the carpet. Turns out that was a great decision because a lot of dirt and stuff came out of the carpets and they looked much cleaner once they were done. Mitch and Donna (the owners) came out and did the work. Donna was so sweet - she talked to me about all of the best places to eat and visit since I told her my husband and I were new to the area. I felt like they really cared about my satisfaction and the work that they were doing. They guaranteed the work as well - offering to come back if we noticed any spills after the carpets dried. (Apparently the cleaning process can pull stains from the pad under the carpet up and cause them to show in the days to follow.) We didn't notice any stains after the fact, but it was great to know that if we had seen some stains appear that we could have called them to come back out. Everything went perfectly! Making the appointment was easy, the estimate was spot on, they showed up at the scheduled time and they did the job in a timely fashion. They even sent me a hand written card after the fact! I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others!

+ -1 moreThey were very professional, very meticulous in detail and care. The end product was amazing. Their equipment produced an unbelievable outcome. My carpets, including steps, look like I have brand new carpets and what a great product smell. Highly recommend!!!
Description of Work: They cleaned our carpet in our basement and used a chemical to prevent potential mold due to water that had poured through our cement wall.

+ 0 moreThey were exactly on time , very professional , and friendly.I have used many that needed coupons so I could get a better price but Erickson cleaning did a wonderful job.If you have any questions he knows the answer. He knows his carpet and tile cleaning. They truly are the best.
