ARKS ELECTRIC

I would pass on Ark's Electric. They came out to fix a breaker that was tripping and replaced a wire. Then over the next couple of months it continued to trip. I called for someone to check it out. They came, replaced the breaker, and charged for a second service call. I paid $400 for a job that would have been under $200 anywhere else. When I called, they simply argued and then hung up. Do it right the first time, don't charge twice if you can't fix it right. Show less

It has been the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. From the very beginning he has been the most inconsiderate person. He will drive right up to your door as opposed to parking where the other cars are and then start ripping apart areas that he needs to get too without regard. He will not return calls and he will not keep appointments. After I called him approximately a month ago telling him NOT to come back and just send us a final bill, he decides to come this past Wednesday, drive across the grass we have planted, LET HIMSELF IN and then tell my wife (who happened to be alone at the time) that he would be here FRIDAY to finish. We set our schedule up to be here despite what we had planned, and as usual, no call and no show. If you want a company who does not keep its promises or does not deliver what they will say then by all means call them. I have called them again today and stated over and over again, DO NOT COME BACK!! I would NOT recommend this company to even my worst enemy and in talking others about our experience, they even state how RUDE Ralph was and how horrible he was to deal with. Do not use this company.

Installation went very well. ARKS Electric did what they said they would do on time.
PROBLEM: The Briggs and Stratton unit we bought from ARKS had a number of problems from the start. ARKS was very prompt in taking of the problems. Both ARKS and I had a VERY hard time with B and S customer service. I would NOT buy a generator from B and S. In conclusion, ARKS came here often and on short notice to take care of problems with the B and S generator. I would use ARKS Electric again but would NOT buy a generator from Briggs and Stratton.

I remodeled my mother's house and I used them and it was a pretty good sized remodeling job for me. They did really good work for me. It wasn't very expensive either and they were very professional. I got then through my decorator. The work that they did was very good. The job is holding up really good and there were no problems at all.

We haven't had any problems with the work Arks Electric did for us. They were very professional and knowledgeable in answering our questions. The estimate and the amount that they charged us was very high but they did good work so that is why I would use them again.
