Fast Eddies Oil Change

We drove to Michigan from the West Coast in our GMC Acadia - a journey of 300 miles. Understandably the car needed a good clean on arrival. The first time that I went to Fast Eddie's, they were short staffed because the weather was overcast so I could get noting done.The second tine I was able to get the car detailed but they refused to wipe down the rear door interiors or touch the third row area at all or the rear trunk! What is the point of having a car cleaned two thirds?! The supervisor would not be persuaded. I actually did have the work done as our car was in desperate need of it ( we have two infants and I wanted a more hygienic environment for them) but the technician refused to wipe any of the rear door panels all of which I had to do at home.

Someone needs to tell them that the lifeline of any business is responding to consumer needs. What possible rational can they have (other than sloth) for not washing the rear interior third of an SUV or the trunk. All they have to do is match the price to the service. I am aghast that these people are in business.These are the same people who will complain about poor job prospects and low earnings.

I got there as I have a few times before and as soon as I got in I was thrown a few questions that were probably part of the average lines that they ask people. I only wanted an oil change but of course I was asked if I wanted flushes and other things that I had no idea about. They did nicely change my wiper blade for around double the cost that it would've been to do it myself. In all it was average oil change, but too many questions were asked and I would rather do it myself.
