Randy Wolfgram is one of the most conscientious contractors that you are likely to meet. He has a passion for his trade, and serving his customers. Our job was tricky since the wood floor color that we had originally laid had been discontinued. Randy was able to secure a special run of wood flooring that matched perfectly to the existing wood in the house. He had to remove the carpeting covering the floor which he carefully did, and nicely rolled it up and placed it in our garage. Baseboard moldings had to be adjusted to fit the new wood which he expertly did on site.

The kitchen sink installation was even more complex since the existing sink had to be removed, the opening in the granite needed to be enlarged to fit the new sink. The area was carefully tented, and the granite was cut in place, polished, and a new hole needed to be drilled for the faucet. The installation was perfect, including the cutting of the cabinets to fit the new larger sink.

We have used RS Wolfgram Custom Homes for several other projects including adding a master bedroom on the first floor, remodeling the kitchen, attaching a previously detached garage, finishing the basement, removing a tub and replacing it with a shower stall, and building a storage garage on the property. Randy is the most meticulous contract that we have met. He chooses sub contractors that exhibit the same characteristics. The quotes were competitive with other quotes for the job, but Randy's really works with you on the job to insure that your requirements are understood, and will be delivered.
