ROGER'S AUTO SVC & REPAIR

I was on my way to work and my vehicle was not warming up by the time I arrived at work there was significant power drop and steam!  Not Good.  My old auto repair man transferred  to a dealership and I have been dreading finding a new guy.  I refilled the radiator and the container on the side to see how bad it was leaking and then I called Rogers Auto because they are on my route to work, he answered the phone and I told him what happened he said bring it down.  I asked for reassurance that my issue won't get worse or cause more problems if I drove it he said it should be okay because I was not too far away.  I dropped it off and he listened to me and my experience he did not try and tell me what I experienced nor did he poo poo my words. 
He called and said what he had discovered and how much it would cost to fix and that he had the part available and could start fixing it that afternoon. 
He finished the repair the next morning and called to say it was done and to pick it up at my convenience. when I went to retrieve my car he should me the part and where the damage was, he answered my questions without me feeling he was talking down to me.  I appreciate that I really dislike being treated like I don't know what I am talking about or describing.  My father repaired cars and big rigs and I paid attention growing up so I know a something about vehicles and I know when somebody thinks I don't know what I am talking about and Rogers Auto didn't give me that vibe. 
I think the cost was high but that doesn't mean as much as how the mechanic talks to me and treats me.  Besides I think that most car repair costs are high. (-:  Which is why I put NA on the ratings for price.  The reason for this review is for the excellent customer service I received.
