THE KITCHEN DESIGN WAS GREAT. KRISTEN WAS WONDERFUL AND HAD SOME REALLY GOOD IDEAS. THE ACUTAL QUOTES TOOK A LITTLE TIME BUT I WASN'T UPSET ABOUT IT. THE PRICES WERE FAIR AND THE QUALLITY LOOKS TO BE EXCELLENT. OUR BUILDER HAS ORDERED THE CABINETS.

See above. I will NEVER us them again and I recommend that you don't either. Worst customer service and overall experience in a LONG TIME! I even had to call Kathleen ( flooring specialist) at home when they were installing the carpet because they were just going to leave the job undone with rolls of carpet in the middle of my living room for an entire weekend. The 12 month same as cash loan was a complete nightmare with all the wrong codes and I did everything they asked. They called me three times a day so they could get their money, but then when the final price was $700 more than they said, I suddenly couldn't get anyone to call me back!!
