Great. Lowe's rep coordinated the project. Although Lowe's rep was a little difficult to contact once Lowe's was paid, the contractor who did the work was great. They were professional. The project was done in three days. They hauled old roofing material away leaving my yard and drive free of nails.

Purchasing the windows was great, after that was not. I was promised completion by memorial day. The wrong size windows were ordered by their professional. They sent a crew in that didn't know what they were doing and the job is not complete yet.

It was under warranty. It was really quite minor for what he had to do but he seemed to be relatively competent. He was an older gentleman, probably in his 60's. He was here right on the time that he was supposed to be. There was a little mix up on the day that he was supposed to be here. I called Lowe's and told them I had a problem and had this company call me and set up an appointment. When I called, the girl said I have an appointment the next day. He was supposed to be here in the morning but nobody showed up so I called again and the man that I talked to this time said my appointment is not until next week. I said that the girl told me that I had an appointment the next day. Anyway, the guy showed up on time. We ended up buying a washer-dryer in Arizona. In a matter of 2 weeks, we bought 2 sets. I had to have a service call on the one that we had out there because it started to make a noise on the washer part when it was going to extract. There was a hole in the back that comes off its little bracket and makes the sound. I didn't know what it was originally until this guy came out and told me. It was a rather minor repair. It wasn't anything that I could say, Wow! This guy is really good. If the guy was like the guy that I had before, I have used him probably for many years and probably used him 15 times for the washer and dryer. Everything we had in our home was Maytag so we had an opportunity to work on anything. The quality seems very good.

Tech from Aand E Factory service found problem and removed blockage and then did testing, he spent 1-1/2 hours getting it right

the charge was $150.00 labor only as no parts were required. Aand E and Lowes will be our go to repair people going forward. Two other names on Angies List were no longer in business. I called and repair was made same day five hours after call.

Lowes of Gaylord gave the initial estimate and Superior Construction followed up. The job was found to require OSB to repair the roof. Superior Construction has performed a quality job and kept the work site clean.

Most horrible experience ever! They sent us the wrong dryer and kept promising to make it right, but in the end said that the wrong picture and features were listed online. We also had carpet installed and the installer was just awful. Big seams were in the carpet and he said that it was our salesman's fault. Upon calling Lowe's, they again said they would look into it and make it right. Again they didn't follow through and I never heard from them again! VERY uncaring and unprofessional! Never again.

Experience with Lowes was very good. Ordered and installed 1500 sq ft of laminate flooring. Product is beautiful. Except for some problems with them wanting to meet competitor price on installation, the people there were very helpful. Once they said they would meet price, everything went as expected. Some molding was not ordered at first, so was ordered after rest of floor done and came in wrong so had to be reordered. After 10 day delay for molding, job was complete and beautiful!

I was not as happy with them as I have been with other companies. They were not as professional as other companies I have used. They were not on time with delivery. I do not use them as much as I do other companies because of this.
