They are expensive, but thorough. I am willing to pay more if I think I'm getting the best treatment available.

The ladies at the counter were friendly and professional. They treat you like family once you become a regular.The aides are wonderful! They help me make sure my cats don't take off when they are being weighed, are very patient and it is easy to see they love animals like I do! The doctor was friendly and gentle with my cats. I told him there was a growth that I had felt on one of my cats and he checked it out and asked me pertinent questions like does it seem to be growing or shrinking. Explained that it felt like it was floating and not attached to anything and most likely harmless but to keep an eye on it and come back if it seems to be getting bigger. He then gave them their shots and explained why they change the injection site from visit to visit. I felt comfortable enough in his knowledge to ask him anything. I would definitely trust him with my pets again.Check out was just as pleasant. They were a little busy at the time I went through, but I really didn't have to wait long. They answered my billing questions with professionalism and friendliness. I have yet to have a complaint about anyone at Jenson's Clinic, they have taken excellent care of all the animals that I have ever had! I would recommend them to anyone!
