As expected.

We had several times this past year where we had plumbing problems. Griffin would show up within an hour after calling them and sometimes as fast as 15 minutes. They were very professional and their prices reasonable especially given the good service. I would recommend them.

The drain in the main level shower was plugged, and the pipe in the basement was leaking. Mr. Griffin came to my house on the same day that I reported the problem to him. He took time out of his already busy day to fix the problem, even though it was not an emergency, and gave me suggestions for future problems I might incur. He was very courteous and professional. He recommended that I have the main drain running into the house and quot;Roto-Rooteredand quot;, which I did. By following his recommendation I saved myself hundreds of dollars; the drain was so clogged that the house was in danger of flooding - ruining the internal plumbing. I am so grateful!

While away on vacation, my neighbor noticed an underground water leak in the water supply line going into my house. One call to Griffin Mechanical resulted in him tracing the leak, bringing in contractors to dig up the problem and refill, and fixing the water line. He was prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.

He was excellent! He told me of repairs that should be performed in the future, including the time and cost associated with the repair. He was very courteous and fixed the problem in no time! I paid him for a full hour because he was so prompt and genuinely concerned. He was not going to charge me at all! I will definitely call him for all of our plumbing needs. He also, referred us to another service company that turned out to be as efficient as he was. A++
