 + -1 moreI am sorry to report that there is no way I would ever purchase any products from this establishment. Their customer service is incredibly poor. The man that "helped" me was not only unable to answer my questions but he was also rude and demeaning. It is my impression that unless you are a contractor or want to build a house with "5 masonry fireplaces throughout the house" they are not in need of your business.
Description of Work: I have been in to Emmet brick & block on multiple occasions to inquire after a fireplace insert I have in a home I recently purchased.
