wood: about 90% of our wood had cracks in it so we didnt install it. they blamed us for buying a cheap product, I wish the owner (our salesman) told us it was cheap. he said it was great product as he was just trying to get a sale. then we had to send it back and reorder a different brand which had a ton of knots in it even through the sample showed no knots whatsoever. we installed it anyhow as were so fed up with deeling with them. we threw out at least 4 boxes of wood with large knots that would have trapped dirt, which made the product that much more expensive. This brand also has hairline cracks starting in a few of the boards but what can you do! They measured and added about 250sqft extra just to make an extra few bucks. we know you need extra for wood cuts and whatnot but not 250 square feet! i have purchased home depot wood that has lasted longer at a better price. if you want great service and a great product dont go here!!! Harbor Design is your best bet or even Home Depot or Lowes are by FAR superior. carpet: the quality of the carpet is good so far however the installers beat the crap out of our trim. Lots of gouges out of wood and we had our trim sprayed with paint so you cannot just touch it up. they hit the wood so hard it popped out all the nails so on top of the gouges we also have small nail holes everywhere. in addition we set up our appointment for installation and called the week of to confirm and they forgot to schedule us and were booked. they said they would fit us in apparently with the worst intallation team in the area. we paid them a majority of the bill and were waiting to pay finial bill after all work was complete. they are now saying they will not come and tuck the carpeting for the bathroom door until we pay them in full. I am nervous to as I dont think they will come back! i really dont know how they are stilll in business! save your time energy and money and go elsewhere!

on time of products installation. prices competive. tradesmen were not high quality in their work.  twice did a quick fix that did not correct problem instead of  competely redoing existing problem.
