We are repeat customers with them so they gave us a discount on our washer and dryer. The two guys that showed up were done in 20 minutes and it was running. They did everything exactly right. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

We needed the washer and dryer to switch places in our new home so that the doors would open properly. Chuck's charged us $40 to come out, move the two machines, extend the hoses on the washer and re-connect everything. I thought that was very reasonable.
