Thompson contractor showed up on time when scheduled. Started with the AC check and followed with the furnace check. He also came prepared and offered to change out the filters on the furnace. Overall a pretty great value with great service.

I had houseguests and needed a quick repair. I called Thompson's late on Monday and they scheduled Jeremy to come out and repair the issues the next day. Jeremy arrived when scheduled and gave me a heads up call twenty minutes prior to arriving. His work was quick, efficient and neat. He got everything done within the minimum service call window. Great job!

Very impressed with this company.
Chris, the guy who came out to do the survey and provide me a quote was friendly & suggested different options for me.
They were able to install a week later and even gave me an upgrade on the A/C unit as the part that was ordered was not in stock.
Their 2 guy team were professional, polite & seemed well trained and installed everything in 1 day.
d system.The AC at least is working really well and much better & quieter than the old system.
The installation looks neat & tidy and they even mounted the furnace on blocks to keep it off the basement floor.
I would definitely recommend them for this type of work.

Dave and Andy had the old system out and the new one instaled, in one day. It was a complex wiring system, so Chris Hill took over and worked doggedly until everything was perfect. I don't know how many people have boiler/baseboard heat, but this system never makes a noise, always maintains the different areas of the house to the exact temperature set. (we like our bedroom colder at night) I'm not saying it's a better heat than say 'forced air', but it has some definite advantages, my last system lasted 40 years. I wish I'd ran tubing under the kitchen floor before I tiled; maybe I'll talk to Chris Hill about that!

furnace service call

We have used them once a year since we bought our house. They have always been our first call. We are moving 40 minutes away and found out they will still be able to service us. I will use them as long as I am a home owner. They did it for free because we just had a lot of work done by them.

The job went good and they were professional and efficient. They were down to earth people. We had to call them out for an unrelated issue and they came right back out. As far as I could tell their pricing was competitive and I will use them again in the future.

We were able to get a quote over the phone buy giving them our square footage. Two gentlemen came out on time and performed the service. They were extremely polite and respectful. I particularly liked how the lead person was training the other person and the great pride he took in his work and his company. He had to open a basement window, which had never been opened since we moved here almost 18 years ago. The glass cracked. He offered to reduce the bill or fix the window. We opted to have the window fixed. He then refused payment when they completed the job until the window was fixed. He then came back the next day with the glass right on time. He unfortunately was unable to fix it. He then took the window out and took it to a window shop where they were able to replace the glass. It was not until all this was completed to our satisfaction would they take payment. I would recommend this company to any who want quality and honest work. It was very refreshing to deal with someone so professional, honest, and who took such obvious pride in his company and their work. We are looking at some additional work to be done and we won't go to any other company. We will stay with the BEST.

They worked with our insurance and us so that we could get a really nice high quality furnace. Once they got that in we realized that the central air was not working right. We called and they came back to take a look at it at no charge. They figured out what was wrong with it and fixed it. They had actually installed the central air 5 years before. We have used them several times. They have cleaned our air ducts and when we had a flood last year they repaired the ductwork and tore out ductwork underneath our house and put a new ceiling(flooring) in the crawl space. We've gone back to them a lot. They are definitely punctual. The owner, Brian, came out personally after the tornado to make sure that we were okay after we called them. He even remembered our names. He was definitely professional and punctual.
