It went pretty well, overall. They took substantially longer than originally expected, nearly three times as long. It took several call backs to get them to finish the project. But when it was finished it was done reasonably well. I thought the price was competitive.

Verbal quote $600-700 for pump & 2 days work from one company. Written quote - from another company $734.44. Worked 3 hours, switched to cheaper from 3rd company obsolete pump. Invoiced $955.34 (received after work completed). Unsuccessful phone resolution attempt.
