Mr. Perkins and his assistant were very nice and friendly. They treated my home like their own and was very careful to be clean. He also cut out my metal log grate for not charge to allow for new gas fireplace logs. I appreciated their work and will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Mike has been cleaning my chimney for the last nine years. He and his helper are professional and courteous. They get in, get to work, get the job done, and get on their way. He always takes the time to let you see the condition of the chimney before and after the job. You can really tell how much soot he gets out (all of it). They are real no nonsense workers. Mike has provided me with advice on chimney repair that has saved me money (and may have cost him some). He is a honest person making an honest living. I would highly recommend his services.

Mike was easy and pleasant to work with. When scheduling he promised to call with the appointment time. He did this the day before and gave an actual time, not a timefram. He was very knowledgeable and left the house clean.

They arrived on time and went right to work. The floor near the fireplace was covered with a tarp. They were clean, professional and personable.

Mike Perkins was very professional and very thorough in his approach in cleaning my chimney. He suggested a potential problem area and also gave me tips on how to fix it myself, or get someone else to estimate the job, as he thought his feed would be more than I might be willing to pay. He was very honest and trustworthy and did an excellent job cleaning the fireplace and chimney. I will definitely use him again next year.

He showed up on time and was down to earth about his assessment of the safety worthiness of our chimney after inspecting it. So our concerns went from thousands of dollars of repair to "just get it inspected and cleaned yearly." I think the chimney business must have some fast movers. Problem is that you can't see what they are seeing and have to trust the person sizing up the work. This fellow has been in the business for a long time and seems a little miffed by some of the people who are clipping the unwary home owner. Nice guy, Down to earth all the way.
