I called to schedule an appointment to come out to our home to measure. The owner seemed too busy to come out and did not want to measure -- he wanted our contractor to measure -- what a big mistake that would have been. He did agree to come out. He measured, talked to the contractor on sizes, what needed to be done, etc. He gave us a good price for custom cabinets. I was always hesitant to call because he always seemed busy, like he didn't want to talk to me. I felt like I had interrupted him (my calls were few and important). NOW when it's time to have the order delivered, he wants me to find a way to pick it up. This was not discussed when the order was placed or if there would be a delivery charge. I've done business with him before and after the job is finished the owner does not want to follow up on any problems. Great price, decent cabinets (not top of the line with dovetailing, but nice). If you can handle the very poor customer service and no support after the sale, then you will be fine. If you value customer service, then go elsewhere.
