The veterinarian is excellent. The wait time is maybe five minutes. I have been using him since he opened up the shop. We raised our kids through college and everything else. He's a very personable man and is very good to my dogs.

The first time I took my dog in he was taking 1 pill per day for the thyroid problem. After blood test, the vet increased the dosage and doubled it. My dog became skittish, was starting to lose weight and started urinating in the house. Contacted vet and he charged me 230.00 to tell me basically that he never increased the dose. The blood test revealed that his thyroid was "off the charts". The dog ultimately was over medicated and became ill. The vet denied doing this and we have taken the dog to another vet for treatment. I had in writing where the vet had instructed us to increase medication.
Because of this vets instruction to increase the dogs medication, our dog suffered for months. Not knowing that his thyroid medication was causing problems, we almost got rid of the dog because we thought the recent urination in our home was behavioral.. It wasn't.
It is highly unprofessional to put in writing to have us increase the medication and at a later date, deny it.
Beware.
