 + -1 moreI texted and called Kristy to confirm the next clean date. It's been almost a week and have not had the courtesy of a response. I find this totally unprofessional. If for some reason she decided against taking me on as a client long term, that's fine, at least have the decency to let me know so that I can make other arrangements. Not responding is not a response. It is cowardly and petty. Kristy is also the only cleaning service I have ever had that required me to provide all the supplies, at the same cost. Overall the one cleaning she did was fine, however I don't appreciate the unprofessional behaviour.
Description of Work: Kristy and her daughters did a basic cleaning of the house including: bathrooms, dusting, sweeping/vacuuming and washing floors. The cleaning was sufficient, not terrible, not spectacular.

 + -1 moreSpoke with Kristy about cleaning two bathrooms and the kitchen in my son's house. They keep a pretty clean house, but I wanted a really good cleaning in these few areas once a month. She said she was not taking on monthly jobs so I was willing to increase to bi-weekly. She explained that she did not want the job because people of that age expect too much (for her to pick up their underwear, etc.). She never set foot in the house, and has never met my son or his roommates. Contractors who come into the house have said it's one of the nicest rentals they have seen. I wish she would not have passed judgment and at least stopped by and given an estimate.

Description of Work: Kristy is an exceptional cleaning professional. My husband and I moved into a dreadfully dirty rental house, and Kristy really did a fantastic job getting the house to look as good and as clean as possible. Initially, we hired Kristy to do a deep clean of our house. She came, along with a family member, and they cleaned every detail of our house, including light fixtures, glass doors to our fireplace, and they got our grimy wood and linoleum floors looking like new. They also scrubbed our bathrooms unbelievably well. We then hired Kristy to come every 2 weeks. She is always on time. She checks in with me after cleanings to make sure that we are satisfied with her work (and let me tell you, we have yet to be disappointed - she continues to do an amazing job). She works efficiently, but diligently, with particular attention to details. In addition, she is comfortable with dogs, which is helpful because we have an 80 pound golden retriever.

 + -1 moreKristy is awesome. We went through a few local house cleaning services before we found her and we are finally happy. Simply put, she has high standards for cleanliness. She works extremely fast and is very good. The first couple of times she came, she worked a lot longer, but charged the same with the knowledge that as we continued with her, the maintenance cleaning would be a lot less than the initial cleaning. Oh, and she's a hoot to chat with, by the way. We are so happy to have found her. I would skip anyone else on this list and just give her a call, if I were you….or if I were myself 3 years ago looking for someone like her. :-)

 + -1 moreShe is great, a really good cleaner, fast, very friendly, but she works when she is being friendly, she is very good value, deals with things that most cleaners will not. One of the dogs pooped in the hall way and most cleaners will clean around it, but she doesn't. She is very reliable and very honest. Never have any worries leaving her alone or anything. I would give her a triple A plus.
