About us

Hi my name is Kristy, owner/operator of Kristy's Cleaning. I have been a housekeeper in the Okemos, Lansing, E. Lansing, Williamston, Dewitt, Perry, Owosso, Howell areas for 11 years. I have excellent references and letters of recommendation. My "business" hours are generally 9 a.m. to 5p.m. However, I take calls anytime. Recently I have expanded, with my cousin Michelle joining me! I am excited for this new development and am hoping to be able to serve more clients. I have a flexible schedule and am willing and able to accommodate Your needs. I would love to hear from you to set up an appointment to discuss what you would like and hopefully get you on your way to a sparkly house! We are a small company and we do not rotate cleaners in your home. It is either the two of us together or if need be due to illness etc. Just one of us to make sure we provide you with continuous and uninterrupted service. I texted and called Kristy to confirm the next clean date. It's been almost a week and have not had the courtesy of a response.
I find this totally unprofessional. If for some reason she decided against taking me on as a client long term, that's fine, at least have the decency to let me know so that I can make other arrangements. Not responding is not a response. It is cowardly and petty.
Kristy is also the only cleaning service I have ever had that required me to provide all the supplies, at the same cost.
Overall the one cleaning she did was fine, however I don't appreciate the unprofessional behaviour.

Excellent ...they know what they are doing and they know how to do it. They have great suggestions and they know their products. I felt very comfortable with them and they were very friendly to us and our pets! I would have them back in a second!

Kristy is awesome. We went through a few local house cleaning services before we found her and we are finally happy. Simply put, she has high standards for cleanliness. She works extremely fast and is very good. The first couple of times she came, she worked a lot longer, but charged the same with the knowledge that as we continued with her, the maintenance cleaning would be a lot less than the initial cleaning. Oh, and she's a hoot to chat with, by the way. We are so happy to have found her. I would skip anyone else on this list and just give her a call, if I were you….or if I were myself 3 years ago looking for someone like her. :-)

She is great, a really good cleaner, fast, very friendly, but she works when she is being friendly, she is very good value, deals with things that most cleaners will not. One of the dogs pooped in the hall way and most cleaners will clean around it, but she doesn't. She is very reliable and very honest. Never have any worries leaving her alone or anything. I would give her a triple A plus.
