The contractor was polite and promised to fit me in as he was doing a bigger project or projects.  I did my own measurement of the kitchen as the contractor was too busy.  I bought the sink, faucet, counter and tile from other suppliers.  The contractor's crew were polite and on time.  The problems with the job was that the contractor never told me that his crew did not know how to install mosaic glass tiles.  On one wall the tile is crooked to the complimentary wall.  New holes in the wall were made and not fixed.  The job was done far too fast to do it right, the grout was not washed off on time and hardened on the tile.  I worked on removing the grout for three days until I just couldn't do it anymore and called the contractor.  He sent a crew member to my home and he removed the grout as best he could.  The contractor's crew also punched a hole in my cabinet but fixed it with a trim board that matched fairly well.
