Great Lakes Pondscapes

It took them two days and I like everything about this company. We dealt with the owner of the company personally and he came out to our house and spent a lot of time with us taking a look at our back yard. He really understood how his water feature was going to affect other foliage on my property. He really knows what he is doing. When Chris, the designer, came out to actually build the feature, he was just marvelous in doing what we wanted to have done. The back of our house is very open with a lot of glass and we wanted to be able to see the feature from everywhere in the back of the house and he built it so that there were three waterfalls in the feature; all of them facing different directions so that we could see the waterfall from anywhere in the back of the house. It was wonderful; we were totally impressed. Given what they did, it was a very fair price. There are aspects to the pond that are guaranteed for our lifetime, including the possibility of the pond leaking. The pump is guaranteed for three years. I am impressed with the quality at this point. They were right on time and finished early. Chris has come out since to make sure everything was alright. The whole operation was very professional.
