Allstate

I had initially went shopping for insurance for my car and apartment in my early 20's. I went to a couple different places including Allstate. All the places I had went asked the usual questions and gave me a quote. When I went into Linda's office, it was a different story. Since I was young and a high risk, Allstate was too expensive, but she looked around and found me another insurance that would work. Instead of the usual here is a quote, she went out of her way to find the best price with the best coverage for me, saving me a lot of money in the end. In Michigan there are a lot of deers and through the years I have hit a couple or vice verse. I was always able to call up Linda's office and things were taken care of swiftly and with care. Every opportunity to lower my rates, I get a call. And around the last two renewals for my house and car I was given the opportunity to lower my rates yet again by switching to a different plan/product. Although I pass 5 Allstate agents on my way to see Linda, I continue to go back because of the friendly service and the willingness of the staff to help out in any way.
