Mike Richards Painting

He's professional, polite, clean, and punctual. He will always return and touch up -- which is very helpful as we've been doing a lot of remodeling work in the home.

Mike and his daughter Jessie did a terrific job.  They were careful around finish and were critical of their own work.  After they were first done they asked me to mark any flaws/misses - they then came back through and addressed every one. It was 100% satisfactory before they called it complete.

Nike is very reasonable and arrived on time. He did the work professionally and to my total satisfaction. I felt his price was reasonable. They covered all the furniture to protect it and cleaned the area entirely when done.

Mike's original quote was not the cheapest quote we got. However, his attention to detail in the quote process made us realize he was probably offering us more than what the other painters we got quotes from were offering. Mike asked lots of questions to ensure that he understood exactly what we were looking to get a quote for. 
Our expectations and desires were simple, we needed all holes (nail, screw, door knob, etc.) filled and sanded and we needed to get the entire main floor painted. 
Mike promised us the job would be done in a week.
In addition to patching, sanding, and painting, which was all we had asked for a quote for, Mike took the time to caulk gaps between the crown molding walls and ceilings. He fixed a sliding closet door, which had been broken for years, put a fresh bead of caulk around the kitchen sink, tacked down loose boards on the window sills, and put a coat of finish on the window sills. 
The paint job itself was excellent. The fact that he did all the extra work, which hadn't been quoted, was amazing. To top it all off, he came in under budget and gave us a 15% discount off his quoted price.
I would definitely have Mike Richards paint in my home again!
