Dave's expertise is good and his work is ok. It has taken multiple call backs to fix the floor in our bathroom. The new tile he laid cracked and the grout has crumbled. We followed his recommendation and he has been very slow to make the corrections. He started the job during the Winter of 2014 and we are still trying to get the job done right. Yes we have an old house, we weren't asking for anything exotic and we followed his recommendations.

They were very good. There were no problems at all. I knew what kind of linoleum to use since I had used the same in my home. All they had to do was order it and install it.
