Nick was great. He made suggestions that saved me from making costly mistakes & choices. He was professional & courteous at all times. Nick had me meet him at the flooring store where I picked out my floor & paid for all the materials. Therefore all fee’s I paid Nick were for labor. I spent more than I budgeted for but was happy with the end result. You get what you pay for. In the end it was worth every penny to have absolutely no issues, no hassle and be absolutely happy with my floor.

We called a few people. none had me sold until Nick. I told him what I wanted and my wife did the same. Nick talked to my wife about some different styles of flooring. Needless to say my wife got what she wanted, but so did I. Nick did this amazing parquet dove tail with a border around it. it looks like some fancy rug my wife would buy but it is only my hard wood. I need my dinning room done next Nick my guy, and as soon as I can talk my wife into ripping out the carpet in the bedroom he will be taking care of that.

It was great from start to finish! I was informed of the processes Wood Floor Pro's were going to take to get the results I needed. Price was comparable to other quotes I had previously gotten from other companies. I was informed of more steps that were to take place for the best results. Steps a few other" big companies" had not mentioned and were not in their quotes. I chose Wood Floor Pros because it felt like i was getting more for my money. All my concerns and questions were answered and I felt like I was more than just another job to them. Extremely professional and still a very personal experience. Floors look AMAZING! = Very happy customer and Wife. Lol
