They do a phenomenal job. I've had problems with other companies in the past especially when I'm not home. I can always count on my house being cleaned well right down to the small details. Highly recommend!

Very Good. The girls that came out were very professional, thourough and timely. They also were okay with using my cleaning products when asked although they do use non toxic products. So nice to come home to a clean house!!

Drahma, the owner of 2 Nice Ladies, came to my home and gave me an estimate for home cleaning services.  We agreed upon a price for the initial cleaning and scheduled a date.
The date of the initial cleaning, 2 Nice Ladies did not arrive.  In fact, no one arrived and no one called.  I made contact later that day with Drahma, who admitted she had forgotten to add my home to the schedule and offered a discount to allow her to reschedule.  It was another week before 2 Nice Ladies were able to come to my home. 
The initial clean was fair quality.  2 Nice Ladies used my vacuum cleaner and my cleaning supplies, including paper towels.  Certainly, the house was not as clean as I expected based upon the sales pitch, with rims of excess cleaner along my stove edges and residual grime on floors.  There was a lot of time spent by the cleaners on their phones, which impacted the cost of the cleaning as 2 Nice Ladies charges by the hour.
A second cleaning was performed about two weeks later.  Quality of cleaning was again only fair. 
The morning of the third cleaning, I received a phone call from Drahma indicating that her business had been flooded and she was cancelling all her clients for the day in order to have her staff clean the office instead.  When I called back to reschedule, I left a voicemail and did not get a call back.  I made two more successive phone calls to attempt to reschedule, to no avail. 
Since then, I have not been able to directly speak with Drahma or anyone at 2 Nice Ladies.

I had them clean my former home, and now that I'm settled into my new home I reached out to them to continue the service.  Very happy with their work, it's great coming home to a clean house.

Just great nice efficient cleaners that get the job done! Approx $22.50 per person per hour

When Drama came to give us an estimate she realized that our home was a lot further away than she thought and she didn't have a crew in our area. However she went out of her way to accommodate us and has done a good job

They quoted us a cost based on the number of hours they said they needed to do the work that we told them we wanted done.  They did not dust adequately including not dusting the walls they were asked to dust, did not dust the chair rails, the window sills, the shelving over the upstairs fireplace, did not clean the hearth, did not dust the ceiling fans and did not vacuum the baseboard moldings which are wrapped by carpeting.  They also missed cleaning the mud room floor.  They used our vacuum instead of their own to vacuum the floors and spent almost an hour vacuuming with it when it was obvious it was not picking up because it had plugged up and because they vacuumed with it plugged up that long, they overheated the motor potentially decreasing the life of the vacuum (I know because I already had to replace the motor on another vacuum cleaner for the same reason because the motor cooling depends on air being sucked past the motor which doesn't happen when it's plugged).  They also did not clear the cobwebs they said they could reach with their tool extensions.

Drama is so great and flexible with our crazy schedule.  The girls are always great about getting in and getting right to work.  I had them do 2 girls for 1.5 hours every other week to clean my house.  They did 2 baths and my 1600 sq main floor.  This was enough cleaning to keep things up and when we had a special need I'd add extra time for a big clean that included our finished basement. 

Great! So nice to walk in to a clean home and office. Two nice ladies cleaning company is exactly that and hard working. They will clean to my liking are very accommodating and easy to work with. I have been using them for a few years now and am very satisfied.

I called Drama because I urgently needed someone to help me to clean the house that I would be moving in. I called two days before moving because I wan't sure when I would have access to the house. I called three different providers and none of them had time or would do that service. When I talked to Drama she was very understanding and tried to help me. She said that she would make it work and she did. Because of the contractors, the bathrooms and kitchen were very dusty and dirty, after the cleaning was done , everything looked great. I will request her service in the future for sure.

The owner, Drama, and the other lady are cleaning my house since my previous cleaning ladies left.  I'm very happy with Drama's cleaning.  She  is so thorough and efficient.  She starts working as soon as she walks into my house until her time is up.  She even washes my waste baskets and the dog's dish.  I liked the previous cleaning ladies very much also.  But after Drama's cleaning, I'm very impressed with her working and am very satisfied. 

I've used this service every 4 weeks since Oct  2012. Sherry and Amy are very pleasant and courteous. I like them a lot.  They started work right away after they arrive at my house. The main reason to hire the cleaning service for me is that I hate to clean the shower and bathrooms.  They work hard and diligently.  I'm mostly satisfied with their work but the shower is not as quite clean as I would like.  It's been 6 months since I hired them.  I don't have any complaints about them, only praise.

I found this company on Angie's list and was so pleased with how fast Darma called me back.  she was very professional and sent her team right on time.  they were very sweet ladies and did a very good job.  I will call them again!

The women arrived when agreed upon and asked what we wanted done.  Then they proceeded to clean in a very professional
manner and very efficiently.  Very pleased with the experience and will have them back on a regular basis.

Received in-home estimate. Owner presented as professional and honest, so on scheduled date for cleaning Ieft door open with check on table for the job. Upon inspection, found many items not completed and some completed items not done very thoroughly. Owner left note saying  they didn't have time to do everything. Called her & she offerred partial refund or another appt for reduced rate.  Set another appt and day before she called to say she was ill and cancelled and would call back to reschedule.  No call back in 2-3 weeks.  Called her & requested partial refund she offered, asked for call back.  No call back after a week, Again, called her and she said she'd mail it out.  Still have not received.

They did a great job!  Very flexible on moving cleaning days/times around to accomadate my changing schedule.  The house was always cleaned well.  The only negative complaint this that they only offer a packaged service.  You are not able to customize the cleaning to what you need performed in addition or instead of other items.  Also, the owners are not the ones coming into clean the home - the residential housekeeping is outsourced.  Therefore you don't really know who is coming into your home.  That said, the cleaning was done well and I would recommend the company with the disclaimers I made above. 

I contacted and met with Drama about 2 mos ago and we discussed her services and my goals. The two ladies that arrived were professional and efficient, and got to work immediately.  Because I'd not met the two women that came to my home before they arrived, there were a few things to iron out over the next few weeks, which is to be expected.  They, and Drama, however, were extremely responsive and worked with me to provide the cleaning services I needed.  They arrive at their agreed-upon time, are always extremely professional and pleasant, and work very efficiently.  They've cleaned 4 times, now (every 2 weeks), the last time being 3 days ago as of this writing.  The house looked excellent!  I am very happy with their service and hope to continue with them for a long time.
