He did a very good job on replacing concrete however not a very dependable person. We had some pavers done in our driveway at the same time and when he started he did an excellent job. Unfortunately when it came down to finishing the job, he never showed up. One excuse after another and kept saying he would come next week, then next week, then next week but never showed up. Didn?t answer calls or emails. My husband is in his 70s and felt co confident that eventually he would come around and finish the job, but never did.If he didn?t want to finish it, all he had to do is tell us and we would hire someone else. It?s terrible that someone has to mess up their business character and stain their reputation. Taking advantage of people is a terrible reflection on a person running a business. No one wants to be taken advantage of, so this is a warning not to hire Jason Cole. I hope this young man does well but he needs to respect his clients.

I hired Jason Cole and his company to do a patio in my backyard. Paid him a down payment a month before the work was to be done. He never showed up on the date that was stated in the contract and stated he was behind and would be out in two weeks. Two weeks passed and nothing and no phone calls. After numerous calls, emails and text still nothing. He later called to say he would be out the next day to complete the work but never showed. This has been going on for three months. At this point I have not received my money back or gotten the work done. Have a officially submitted a complaint to the state. After further research Jason has done with several of his clients over the years.
