Concrete Repair
He has been paid in full which was a mistake, so after he finished the patio and driveway and he got the money, we can?t get a hold of him. We call from a different number and fake him out to have him answer and he finally said he would come back out. He said he would need more money, but he agreed to come back out to finish it. But now we cannot get a hold of him again. He did the job 2 summers ago. We also have concrete form with weeds, but no concrete. That is evidence that the job was never finished and now my elderly parents do not have the sidewalk that they paid for that was supposed to wrap around the side of the house to the back of the yard.
Update 8/20/2011 - I received a return call from this contractor after submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. The contractor agreed to come out and complete the work for an additional cost (we previously had paid him in full for this work). Although I was not happy about the additional charges, he did complete the work, but only under the highest amount of pressure. According to the contractor, he said that we told him not to return to complete the work due to landscaping, which was completely not true.
