Mr Prais was thorough and competent in his bid. We had a new design that took some back and forth to finalize but Mr Prais made sure to go over every aspect of the job. He kept us appraised of how the job was going and alerted us to all issues right away. The deck itself is BEAUTIFUL! I could not be happier. He is a strong builder with excellent skills. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and will be calling him again soon for some indoor work we need done.

I called Jason Prais and he had the time to come for an estimate. He was very detailed in getting information from me about exactly what I wanted. He said he had only 3 days available before he started another job but he thought he could get it done if I like his quote and decided to go with him.
He did a beautiful job and was very thorough and detailed everything he did. He cleaned everything when he left.
I am very satisfied with his work and will definitely call him again in the future.

Jason came out and we discussed the project. He helped us determine how to best do what we wanted done and had good ideas to give us as much space as possible. He later sent a proposal with detailed explanations and costs. He also gave us references. We waited a couple of weeks for him to be available but, once he started, he was there every morning and worked hard to complete the job. He is respectful and concientous about his work, and he did an excellent job.
