My Carpenter Jim

Jim does outstanding work, the best carpenter I have ever used.

I have used Jim on several remodeling projects from smaller ones to large projects like our kitchen. He is very honest and stands by his prices. My spouse and I are very busy and have hired many contractors in the past, none have been as efficient or good as Jim. He came to look at our kitchen a few months before we started to give us an estimate and pointers on who to hire and the scope of the project. He told us to give him a call when we were ready to start. We picked out the style of cabinets that we wanted and had a plan drawn up.

Jim came and arrived on time everyday for the demolition. He was very clean and always swept up and threw out the trash when finishing every day. Our house is older built in 1920 and there were some structural issues. Jim informed me each time there was an issue with the build out and handled each problem and addressed them properly.Our house had many additions in the past and the floors were a different level in each room prior to the remodel. Jim was able to shim the floors and get them all level.

We now have a perfectly level floor and it looks fantastic. He does AMAZING work. He always kept me in the loop and communicated with me. That is a quality that is very hard to find. His workmanship is second to none. The entire project took about 8 weeks. Some of that time was spent by the subcontractors refinishing our floor and the painters. I really can't say enough good things about Jim. I am sure that we will hire him again for other projects in the future. The quality of his work is absolutely fantastic!!! I am a perfectionist and Jim has always surpassed our expectations. I would recommend him to anyone.
