The actual replacement of garage floor was good. They did NOT leave the job site better than it was prior to the start of the project. They did not clean up at all. Left cement all over the mop boards, shelves and flooring. They walked all over my deck (no problem there) left 'cement footprints' and did NO clean up of their mess. They claimed to remove the stains on the driveway & porch, but the imprint of the door mat on the porch is still there. The drive way shows where they used the power-washer wand, but failed to remove the stains. Very negative when finalizing the contract. Would NOT use again.

This company went the extra mile for us. They leveled my front sidewalk, graded my drive and brought in some top soil for along my new patio. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate in using them again.

They even helped with suggestions They showed up on time and worked every day until the job was complete. Easy people to work with and very accommodating to making changes. They even helped with suggestions on how to design the project. I would use them again if I need more cement work. I have received many complements on how nice the drive and stamped concrete look.

It worked out okay. We compared them to three others and their price was a B. Their quality was good. If needed, I would use them in the future.

From beginning to end, this company was great. My husband had tried calling 2 other companies to get quotes, because we like to always compare prices. The other companies didn't even want to come out and give a quote because the job wasn't "big enough" for them. The one company who did after a long time give us a quote came out $800 higher than JBRC.  Sara who originally came out to the look at our porch quickly responded to our voice mail. She was able to get out right away to give us a quote and to show us different options. She was very responsive to our questions. They started a week after we told them we wanted to go with them. Her husband and his crew did an awesome job. They even tore out some extra bushes we asked for, for no additional cost (and moved our sprinkler head). They were done within a few days. We absolutely love our porch. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable company!
