 + -1 moreI think a lot of people try and treat problem before calling professionals and because I told them we sprayed bug spray over a week ago, they were unwilling to help us. This company was not at all helpful. They had great review which is why we called them.
Description of Work: Needed a wasp/bees nest to be treated/removed and because we sprayed it with a spray we bought at store first they said that since we treated it (over a week ago) that they would not help us or even look at the problem even though we have bees in our house.

 + -1 moreThey responded very quickly, giving us instructions to stay away from the entire back yard, as well as from the nest. They promptly destroyed the nest, with instructions to call them if we saw any more activity after a couple of days. Fortunately, they effectively completed the task on the first try. They were very prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to others. If ever we are in need of help again, they will be called.
Description of Work: The provider destroyed a nest of yellow jackets which had lodged themselves in the back yard up next to the house.

Description of Work: I have used this company for years after researching pest control services using non-carcinogen/non-toxic chemicals. This company was the only one I found in the area. After an initial inspection to determine the source of carpenter ants, spraying was done inside and outside around the house. After that, spraying is done twice a year around the outside of my house. There was an episode two years ago with ants invading inside my house. This company's representative looked the situation over, sprayed inside, informed me about the amount of time to let the spray set before I wash the area. There weren't any irritating or dangerous fumes and the problem was resolved. Also, every phone contact with Environmental Pest Control is always answered promptly and courteously.

 + -1 moreIt was very good. We're still using it. They're just good. They just came when we still have problems. They're going to be coming back for the next year because we have ants and stuff. It was $175 the first time and then they're not charging us now for this fall, and they came out an extra time. Then, next year, they will charge us $110 in the spring and $110 in the fall.

Description of Work: This company is our regular pest control provider. They spray our house for insects twice a year (Spring and Fall) with additional treatments if needed without additional charge. They spray without appointment for the regular sprayings and typically come within a few days of a phone call if a request is made. The regular sprayings are done outside the house and both inside and outside if requested.

Description of Work: We used Environmental Pest Control. We had some mice scratching around in the attic, and they came out and put some rodent stuff up there and got rid of those. They also put a couple traps around. I believe that the price we paid also included putting a cover on the dryer vent and some material cost for that.

 + -1 moreHad a problem with slab ants in the winter and Dan the owner said it would take 2-3 weeks for the ants to go away and after 2-3 days they were gone! Suggest getting on there summer and winter program where they spray both in and outside and if they return they will come out for free.
